We have conducted detailed electrical safety audits for prestigious industrial clients including Hindustan Food Ltd, Asian Paints, and RAAG Terminal, ensuring compliance with Indian Electricity Rules 1956 (amended 2020), IEC 61936 standards, and NFPA 70E guidelines. These engagements encompassed complete facility assessments covering equipment inspection, wiring systems, earthing infrastructure, protective devices, power quality analysis, arc flash hazard evaluation, and employee safety awareness.
Our audit methodology includes infrared thermography to detect thermal anomalies and loose connections, load flow studies using power quality analyzers, harmonic analysis at point of common coupling, earth resistance testing per IS 3043, and arc flash risk assessment with IEEE 1584 incident energy calculations. Findings identified included corroded equipment requiring immediate attention, outdated protection schemes, inadequate grounding systems, and non-compliant installations all systematically remediated with prioritized recommendations

Electrical Design Engineering Deliverables
Our electrical design team provides end‑to‑end engineering deliverables for greenfield and brownfield projects across industrial plants, terminals and commercial facilities. This Includes various Indian Clients with manufacturing plants & warehouses. Typical outputs include conceptual and detailed single‑line diagrams, load lists and demand calculations, equipment sizing and selection, cable sizing and routing, earthing and lightning protection design, and complete lighting and small‑power layout.
Design packages are supported by protection and coordination studies, short‑circuit calculations, motor starting and voltage‑drop analysis, and integration of DG, UPS and renewable sources where required. We also develop panel GA and wiring drawings, cable schedules, termination diagrams, bills of quantities, technical specifications and construction‑ready IFC drawings to ensure seamless installation, testing and commissioning.
Our deliverables are prepared in line with IEC, IEEE and relevant Indian standards, and are structured to integrate smoothly with client document control systems and EPC workflows.
